We support the development of project concepts and proposals focused on inclusive and sustainable prosperity through literature reviews, stakeholder and expert consultations, needs assessments, and the design of logical frameworks for proposed initiatives. Complementing this, we convene monitoring and evaluation–focused meetings—including project learning and planning sessions, evaluation report action meetings to operationalize findings with clear mitigation strategies, and thematic M&E stakeholder conferences—strengthening implementation effectiveness and fostering a vibrant monitoring and evaluation culture within organizations and across African societies.
